Visiting

Visitors are welcome on weekday afternoons through the season, and on most weekday mornings outside it. The course is closed to visitors on medal Saturdays.

There are no buggies. The ground does not suit them and the club has never bought any. Trolleys are fine, caddies can be arranged with a day’s notice, and the walk is four and a half miles on soft ground — worth knowing before you book.

Green fees are payable in the shop. The professional will tell you what the wind is doing and you should listen to him.
